Bruce Cramer is a seasoned executive and transformational business coach with over 45 years of experience in leadership development, corporate growth, and operational excellence. Formerly a Director at W.W. Grainger, he led strategic initiatives that optimized operations, fueled profitable growth, and introduced innovative digital solutions. His expertise was also sought by AbbVie and Trustmark Corporation, where he helped drive high-impact transitions and portfolio management solutions.

Now a Focal Point-certified coach, Bruce helps business leaders navigate challenges, achieve clarity, and scale their businesses while maintaining work-life balance. A resolute philanthropist, he has played key roles in charitable initiatives, including The Charity Pros. Bruce holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University and resides in Sanibel Island, Florida, with his wife and six rescue pets.

Dr. Nawtej Dosanjh – Higher Education Leader, Digital Innovator & Strategic Consultant

Dr. Nawtej Dosanjh is an innovator and transformative leader in higher education and executive coaching. He is a strategist in delivering impact and scaling education program design through digital and process innovation. As co-owner of Vedere University, he drives specialized Master’s Programs in Healthcare Management, AI, and Technology, alongside consulting and coaching services. A relentless drive to excellence has been a central theme of his career.

With board and executive leadership roles across educational institutions and nonprofits, he has shaped governance, content innovation, and digital transformation. Former Global Dean at Hult International Business School and Chief Academic Officer at the Digital Academy at Global University Systems, he has led international accreditation and strategic innovations.

Passionate about mentorship and social impact, he previously served as a Board Trustee for First Star UK, supporting education for foster children. Through strategic leadership and coaching, he continues to drive educational excellence and digital transformation globally.

He recently published his first novel, A Climate of Chaos: This Parched Earth, an espionage thriller set in the near future with a backdrop of mass migrations caused by climate change and how technology could be used for good and ill means.

Later in 2025 he will publish a management book about simultaneously maximizing innovation and efficiency through AI.

From the stage to the corporate world, my journey has been anything but conventional. I began my career as an actress before transitioning into the corporate world traveling the globe and living abroad. Along the way, I saw how communication barriers crippled many of my friends and colleagues. Determined to make a difference, I founded a language coaching company to help international professionals express themselves with confidence and over time, my work expanded beyond ESL training, evolving into full-service communication consulting. Today, I help professionals craft compelling messages through LinkedIn strategy, copywriting, editing, and communication skills training to tell their story with clarity, confidence, and impact, ensuring their message reaches the right audience.

• ½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice (optional, for balance)

• ½ oz (15 ml) simple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

• Apple slice or cherry (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Add vodka, sour apple liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

3. Shake well for about 15 seconds.

4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

5. Garnish with an apple slice or cherry.

Pimm’s is a classic British summer drink, known for its refreshing, fruity flavor and association with garden parties and tennis matches like Wimbledon. The most iconic version is Pimm’s Cup (or Pimm’s No. 1 Cup).

Classic Pimm’s Cup Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Pimm’s No. 1

  • 4–6 oz lemonade (British-style sparkling lemonade or lemon-lime soda like Sprite in the US)

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh fruit and herbs to garnish:

    • Slices of cucumber

    • Strawberries

    • Orange slices

Instructions:

  1. Fill a tall glass (or a large pitcher for a crowd) with ice.

  2. Add Pimm’s No. 1.

  3. Top with chilled lemonade.
